Flowers and Fruits-Photoshop Technique

This is the new technique that I want to mess around with. It is fun to try, learn, and use this useful tool. First I scan my photos, then go to Photoshop, set them on a very high contrast, add more colors, and play around with either light or dark settings until I got what I want. And these are the outcome.
