Artist Statement and Exhibitions

My name is Trinh Nga. I came to the United States in 1975 from Viet Nam. I graduated from University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

I used to work as an Instructional Assistant, and as a Bilingual Specialist for the Oakland Unified School District in Oakland, Calif.. I am currently employed by Berkeley Public Library as a Library Assistant. I'm a member of Berkeley Art Center in Berkeley, California.

My interests are: graphic design, photography, origami, gardening, reading, and I am passionately in love with nature. My favorite flower and color are orchid and purple. I wish to be a famous environmentalist when I grow old, so if there is a genie out there who could grand me my wish, please contact me at tuyetrinh@gmail. com.
